Food at the Klimahaus
Our kitchen team is always inspired by the travel stops of our exhibition and thus conjures up varied dishes every day.
Of course, we take great care to cook with seasonal and fresh products – for example, we source our organic eggs from Germany or the Netherlands.
We completely avoid palm fat and make our fries fresh and healthy. Fresh pollock and cod are caught according to MSC standards and landed directly in the local fishing port. Meat is no longer on our menu.

Daily 10:00 am – 06:00 pm (warm meals 10:00 am – 04:00 pm)
We offer you a wide range of freshly prepared food and drinks. Our kitchen team is inspired by the nine travel stations in the exhibition.
The idea and experience of the Klimahaus does not stop at our gastronomy. To protect the climate and our natural resources, the Klimahaus focuses on sustainability!
