Corona special page

Dear guests,

To ensure a safe stay, we have developed a comprehensive hygiene concept. For example, to avoid queues, the number of visitors has been limited and we control admission via online time tickets. Disinfectant dispensers are located at many points in the building and regular cleaning is carried out.

Please help contain the spread of the Corona virus! In addition to following the familiar hygiene rules, the following should currently be observed when visiting us at the Klimahaus:

  • Every guest must be recovered or fully vaccinated and must show an official, current negative test result. In addition, a medical mouth guard must be worn. Exempt from this are:

    • Children up to and including 11 years of age. No proof of vaccination, convalescence or testing is required.
    • Children from 12 to 15 years old must therefore show proof of vaccination, proof of recovery or an official, current negative test result.
    • Persons who have already received their third vaccination are exempt from compulsory testing. Also exempt from compulsory testing are convalescents who have received two additional vaccinations.
    • Pregnant women who can present a maternity passport and a negative test from a testing center.
    • Guests, who cannot have a vaccination against the coronavirus due to a health impairment, a chronic illness or a disability and who prove this with a medical certificate. Furthermore, in addition to the medical certificate, they need a negative test result from a test center that is no more than 48 hours old.

Test centers in Bremerhaven can be found here.

  • "Print at home" - Tickets can also be used on your smartphone.

  • We recommend a reservation to get bindingly into the house. If necessary, remaining contingents are available at the box office. Admission is limited to a fixed number of guests per 30-minute time slot. Booking of a fixed time slot is possible via our online store.
  • If you already have a ticket (e.g. annual pass, advance ticket, etc.), it is advisable to reserve a time slot free of charge in the online store during peak periods such as the vacations.
  • No appointment booking is necessary for children up to 3 years of age. Admission is booked manually on the day of the visit at the box office on site.
  • Children from 4 years, pupils, students, FÖJ-participants, trainees, BFD, persons from GdB 50* need a valid ticket.
  • Accompanying persons of people with disabilities receive free admission if a corresponding note (B) is entered in the severely disabled person's ID. In order to receive free admission, the accompanying person must report to the box office on the day of the visit and show the ID card with the note. A free appointment can be booked for the accompanying person in the online shop. To do this, select "Ticket already available, appointment booking only".
  • We are obliged to collect the contact data of our visitors. The data is requested when booking the online ticket and is automatically deleted after four weeks.
  • Book your appointment in our online shop.
